Selected Work

Two case studies from recent projects — designing for logistics operators, and modernizing an existing product.

Case Study 01 — Cargo Logistics

A logistics platform dashboard, built for the pace of a dispatch floor

An AI powered logistics platform dashboard, built for the pace of a dispatch floor Freight dispatchers were working across a dozen disconnected views to track shipments, capacity, and exceptions in real time. I designed a modular dashboard that groups live shipment data, fleet capacity, and exception alerts into widgets operators can rearrange to match their own workflow.

  • Reduced cognitive load by consolidating real-time data into scannable widgets
  • Modular layout lets each dispatcher configure their own priority view

Case Study 02 — Product Re-Design

Modernizing a legacy system without losing what it already did well

An existing business application had grown feature by feature over a decade, with no shared visual language between screens. I audited the interface end to end, then introduced a design system — consistent components, spacing, and interaction patterns — and rebuilt key workflows around it.

  • Replaced dense, undifferentiated tables with a clear component hierarchy
  • Introduced a reusable design system to speed up future development
  • Desktop first, but always keep responsive design in mind
